And the rains came...

This is my "WH" mowing in a pizza size rain drop storm trying to finish the lawn!

My wonderful husband was out yesterday evening, along with our son, mowing, and a big rain came, big pizza size drops, he said they started about 6 inches apart then just a down pour. By the time both of them got in, well they both looked like they had just taking a shower in their clothes. Our son was first to come in, but "WH" needed to stay out and finish. He was almost done, just a few more rounds. He said all he needed was a bar of soap and he was done for the day.

My thought went on Noah and the great flood. Genesis 9:14-15 "Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life."

I feel like we could just float away any day with all the rain. And I feel awful for those in Iowa. But He hasn't forgotten his promises, just put on your bathing suit and enjoy or not!
